Challenges and the future of the Polish labour market – OTTO Work Force conference in Opole

On 19 November, a unique conference on the directions of development of the Polish labour market and the challenges facing entrepreneurs in the coming years was held in Opole. The event was organised by OTTO Work Force in cooperation with the Opole Centre for Economic Development.

Experts on employing foreigners and motivating employees

During the conference, participants had the opportunity to listen to inspiring speeches by experts who shared their extensive experience in the field of employing foreigners, new recruitment directions and effective employee motivation. The speakers included:

🔹 Dominik Weiss, Business Development Manager at OTTO Work Force,

🔹 Krzysztof Wisniak, Regional Operations HR Leader EU at Owens Corning.


Debate on the future of the labour market

Another item on the agenda was a debate on the future of the Polish labour market. Experts analysed the changes, threats and challenges that will shape the market in the coming years. Participating in the discussion were:
