OTTO Work Force is the market leader in international mediation in Europe. In the Netherlands alone, more than 20,000 people work through the company in, among other places, the distribution centers of large supermarket chains and other logistics companies. In the meantime, the company has expanded its wings to Asia for recruitment in specific sectors where significant shortages are emerging in Europe, such as healthcare, energy transition, and technology. There are also pilot programs in our country to help asylum seekers and status holders find work.

As a major player in the industry, OTTO Work Force has been actively involved in the societal debate on labor migration in the Netherlands for years. The elimination of abuses, the striving for better housing, and adequate legislation and regulations are key priorities in this regard. Raymond Puts is well-acquainted with administrative and political Netherlands due to his role as the general director of AWVN, the largest employers' organization in our country.

Raymond Puts: "OTTO Work Force has rapidly developed over the past 25 years as the standard in the market and a leader in the social debate." The combination of that innovative strength, entrepreneurship, and social participation greatly appeals to me, and I look forward to contributing to it.

"It was crucial to find a good successor after 25 years of strong entrepreneurship by Frank and Karolina," says Dolph Westerbos, CEO of Outsourcing International, the parent organization of OTTO Work Force. "With Raymond, we have found the perfect leader." "He brings industry expertise, a strong network in the administrative sector of the Netherlands, and a deep commitment to the well-being of employees and labor migration," says Westerbos.

In mid-March, OTTO Work Force celebrates its 25th anniversary. On that occasion, CEO Frank van Gool and Vice-CEO Karolina Swoboda will bid farewell to the company. Frank van Gool: "The company is in a better position than ever, and this is a great moment to pass the baton." "Raymond Puts has everything it takes to lead OTTO in the coming years, and we place that responsibility in his hands with full confidence."
