Citizens of Ukraine on life in Poland

How do employees from Ukraine evaluate work and life in Poland in 2023, what are their plans for the coming months? We present the results of the latest report by the international employment agency OTTO Work Force.

Since 2015, we have been regularly conducting surveys of the opinions of temporary workers from Ukraine on employment in Poland, which show the level of satisfaction with work and life in our country. In recent years, the situation on the Polish labor market has changed very dynamically. In 2020, the whole world was struggling with the pandemic, which also had a strong impact on the Polish economy. In 2022, Russia attacked Ukraine, which resulted in the influx of a large number of our neighbors, but primarily women and children, into Poland. These events show that the Polish labor market is a space of dynamic changes, where employers and employees face numerous challenges and opportunities.

In connection with this, we asked our temporary workers from Ukraine how they assess their work and stay in Poland in 2023 and what their plans are for the coming months. We compared the answers we received with the results of studies from previous years. How has the situation changed over the past years? You will find the answer to this question in the report "How do employees from Ukraine assess their work and life in Poland in 2023?" I invite you to familiarize yourself with its results.
